摘要
本文以我院实验室引进自动化流水线为例,阐明引进之前除了需要进行收益-成本评估,还要评估不同流水线产品的功能和技术特点。通过评估找到成本与收益之间的平衡,优选出适合我院实验室的自动化产品。实践证明必要的评估对引进自动化流水线的正确决策至关重要。
Taking the clinical laboratory automation line in our hospital as an example,this paper illustrates that cost evaluation should be taken before indraught and the function and technical characteristic should be evaluated,thus to find the balance between cost and income and choose the suitable automation product. It is proved that evaluation is quite important to absorbing automation line.
