摘要
本文着重讨论在高血糖时用CoulterJT-IR血细胞计数仪测定MCV引起假性增高情况。用EDTA-K2抗凝,制备10个不同葡萄糖浓度的抗凝血,按0.5、2.5、5.0、8.0h四个时间用Coulter计数仪测MCV值,用日立7150自动生化分析仪测葡萄糖浓度。结果显示:无论在体内或体外,随着葡萄糖浓度的增高,都将导致MCV值假性增高。当血糖浓度在90mmol/L或更高时,MCV值呈显著增高趋势。同时检测血常规和生化,结果显示MCV随葡萄糖浓度的改变而相应改变,呈正相关。另外,病人血糖浓度虽然不高(正常),而血尿素却较高。
The false increase of MCV in hyperglycemia was discussed in this article. Different amount of glucose was added into EDTA K 2 blood and the concentration of glucose was measured on HITACHI 7150 Automated Biochemical Analyzer. MCV was determined with Coulter JT IR electronic cell counter at 0 5,2 5,5 0,8 0 h after addition of glucose. The result showed the positive relevance between MCV and glucose concentration. MCV was significantly increased when glucose concentration was more than 90 mmol/L. False increase of MCV was also observed in higher blood BU with absence of hyperglycemia.
