摘要
委托检验是由客户委托检验机构,依据指定项目对送检产品进行评估的检验。在数字化测图逐渐成为大比例尺地面测图生产的主要技术手段之际,委托检验逐渐成为提高测绘产品质量水平的一个重要方面。在简述了大比例尺地面数字化测图的发展现状下,介绍了委托检验的一般依据、作业过程,重点分析了检验中反映出的测绘市场问题,并给出了几点建议。
The consignment inspection is the organization, which is entrusted by the customers, evaluates the product in some special areas based on some technical standards. It gradually becomes an important aspect of raising the level if the product quality, as digital mapping is becoming the main technical means of the large-scale topographic mapping production. The objective of this paper is to summarize general basis, the work process of the consignment inspection under the current development of the large-scale topographic map and focuses on the problems reflected in the market, to which some referenced solutions are offered.
