采用一种工业P管理图进行尿液质量管理

摘要 目的探讨工业P管理图在尿液检测后分析统计质量管理中的应用。方法以Pa为当月预设各项目阳性靶值,Pa±2((p(1-p))/n)~(1/3)以及Pa±3((p(1-p))/n)~(1/3)为相应的警告值和控制值。在各项目阳性靶值及控制值确定的状态下,每日对尿试纸条各反应区的阳性检出率进行室内监控。结果工业P管理图在应用时监控者可以及时发现质控物在常规质控时所不能提示的诸多影响因素。结论经试验证明,该方法可以作为尿液室内质控的又一办法。 Objective To explore the use of a industrial Pmanagement chart in the analysis of quality management after urine detection. Methods We took Pa as current month positive target preset value of each project and took Pa±2 and Pa±3 as corresponding warning value and control value. When positive target value of each project and the control value had been determined,the positive detection rate of the reaction zone of the daily urine test strip was supervised and monitored. Results In the application of Pmanagement ehart in Indnstry,the monitor could quickly detect many factors influencing the materials that failed to be controlled. Conclusion The method can be used as another approach to internal quality control of urine.
