摘要
采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等,对福建省农村中学体育教师职业倦怠现象进行调查研究,结果显示:福建省农村中学体育教师职业倦怠现象存在较为严重;不同教龄、不同性别体育教师职业倦怠现象存在差异;职业期望和缺乏成就感是影响福建省农村中学体育教师职业倦怠的主要因素.根据调查结果提出了缓解农村中学体育教师职业倦怠的对策.
Through literature reviewing,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,the author carried out a study of countryside middle school PE teachers job burnout phenomena in Fujian Province,the result of which suggests：the PE teachers job burnout phenomena is a serious problem in the countryside middle schools in Fujian Province;the phenomena vary with different ages and sexes.Job expectation and lacking the sense of achievement are the most important that affect the countryside Middle school PE teachers＇ job burnout.According to the survey made the aueviation of Countryside Middle school P.E. teachers job burnout countermeasures.
