摘要
针对高速线材厂冷却水循环系统中调速泵站能耗高、效率低的问题,对调速水泵的性能进行了研究,建立了基于粒子群算法、变频调速技术并以能耗为最小目标的优化运行数学模型,并对不等式约束条件进行了简化。在求解数学模型的过程中,采用粒子群算法,并提高了收敛速度和控制精度。最后通过仿真实验验证了此算法对于解决水循环系统中多台变频调速水泵并联优化运行的有效性。
Circulating cooling water system of High speed wire factory had the problem that many pumps of regulating speed operation in higher energy consumption and lower efficiency. The paper analyzed the characteristic of variable speed water pump. The mathematical model was established with the optimization goal of the lowest energy consumption, which was on the basis of Particle Swarm Optimization and frequency speed control technology. It simplified inequality constraint condition. It adopted particle swarm optimization to improve the speed of convergence and accurate of control in the process of solving the mathematical model. Sim- ulation experiment results show that it is an effective algorithm to solve optimal problem of many pumps of speed -frequency control in water circulating system.
