摘要
〔目的〕调查引起此次食物中毒的原因,防止口岸区域内再次发生类似的突发公共卫生事件。〔方法〕对疑似食物中毒患者的发病特点、临床表现、流行病学特征进行调查和分析;采集确诊病例呕吐物、肛拭子,食堂从业人员肛拭子,以及发病前一天早、中、晚餐和当天早餐食物留样以及可疑食品生河粉进行实验室检测。〔结果〕经临床诊断,28例疑似食物中毒患者中有8例确诊为食物中毒。所有食物留样和生河粉样品以及病例呕吐物中均检出蜡样芽孢杆菌,生河粉样品的蜡样芽孢杆菌计数为13×107cfu/g。从业人员肛拭子中2份检出奇异变形杆菌,1份检出大肠埃希菌,未检出金黄色葡萄球菌。〔结论〕这是一起由蜡样芽孢杆菌污染食物而引起的集体食物中毒事件。口岸辖区内的企业职工食堂存在食物中毒隐患,口岸检验检疫机构应将其作为食品卫生监督的重点,加强管理以杜绝类似事件的发生。
Objective To investigate the causes of food poisoning event,and to prevent the public health emergency.Methods The onset charactersitics,clinical features and Epidemic symptoms were investigated and analyzed.The vomit and anus swab samples of the suspicious staffs were collected,and the food samples were examed.Result Out of 28 suspicious patients,8 cases were diagnosised as food poisoning.The Bacillus Cereus was detected from the samples,the Bacillus Cereus counts in the rice noodles reached 13×107 cfu/g. Two samples were positive of the Proteus Mirabilis, one sample was positive of Escherichia Coli, the Staph Aureus was not founded. Conclusion This is food poisoning event caused by Bacillus Cereus. The staff eatery at ports exist hidden dangers of food poisoning. The inspection and quarantine authorities should strengthen management in order to prevent the public health emergency.
