摘要
CH IPS教学模式,是复旦大学药学院为实现创新人才培养目标所建立的新教学体系和教学方法.CH IPS教学的目的是通过新的教学理念和方法,培养具有创新精神(Creativity),有强的动手能力(Hands-on)和主动性(In i-tiative)的富有潜力(Potential)的,服务于社会(Service)的药学人才.以CH IPS教学方法对药学专业的教学模式、内容、方法和手段作了全方位改革,取得了初步成效.
In the practice of cultivating innovative pharmaceutical personnel, we probed a novel way called CHIPS teaching, which stands for training undergraduates with creativity, hands-on, initiative, potential and service abilities and qualities. By CHIPS teaching, we transformed our traditional education thoughts, mode, contents, methods and means, put the research into our teaching process, and some preliminary results were gained.
