摘要
全球化不仅仅是经济的全球化,其影响也早已超越了最初的经济领域和层面,而深入到了更深层的政治和文化领域。由于经济发展水平和政治变革进程的差异,全球化对不同地区和不同国家政治发展的冲击和影响往往充满了悖论和不均衡的色彩。就非洲而言,全球化一方面从整体上极大地推动了非洲政治民主变革的步伐,促进了政治发展;另一方面也加剧了一些国家政治和社会的动荡,造成了政治衰败或政治不发展。
Globalization is not only the pure economic globalization, but a more complex one. Its influence has long transcent the field of primitive economic level and entered into the more deep-rooted political and culture level. Due to the differences of economic development level and political development process, the impact and influence of globalization on different regions and different countries are often contrary to each other and unbalanced. As far as Africa is concerned, globalization, on the one hand, has greatly pushed forward Africa＇s democratic transition in general and hence promoted Africa＇s political development. However, on the other hand, globalization has also aggravated the political and social chaos in some African countries and hence caused the political decline or political undevelopment.
