摘要
针对太钢多个工序中凝结水的产生、改造前的状况,分别加以说明;并根据各自特点,提出经济实用的就近回用与公司自备电厂集中回用相结合的回收利用途径,分析项目投运后的经济效益。通过项目的建设回收了宝贵软水资源、热资源,降低新水消耗,为公司竞争力的增强创造了有利条件。
This paper respectively illuminated the states that the condensate water had occurred in TISCO＇s many working procedures before modification, advanced a reutilization way to combine economic and applied handy reclamation with centralized reclamation of industrial power plant according to each characteristic,and analyzed the economic benefit after putting into operation. Through reclamation of valuable soft water source and heat source,we can reduce fresh water consumption so that TISCO should have the advantage of competitiveness, as well as everybody can attach importance to decrease energy consumption and economize on energy.
