摘要
临钢1号高炉在冷却壁局部损坏时,停炉对内壁进行喷补。相对于砌砖修补炉衬的方法,喷补造衬节省投资、节省时间。喷补后高炉内壁光滑,生产恢复迅速,取得较好经济技术指标。
When the damage of NO.1 BF cooling stave in small areas, furnace shutdown, spray repair, and furnace lining was used to BF inwall, which save a lot of investment and time in comparison with bricklaying repair. After the operation, the inwall smooth, production in fast recovery, and better economic and technical indexes were achieved, however, the service life is still being tested in further production.
