摘要
目的了解职业卫生技术服务供需之间存在的差异。方法对德阳市厂矿企业和职业卫生技术服务机构用统一的调查表进行调查分析。结果全市职业卫生检测单位覆盖率为3.8%,职业危害因素检测率为11.7%,职业健康体检单位覆盖率为6.4%,职业体检率为14.4%,建设项目职业病危害评价工作开展率为2.1%。与之相对应,职业卫生技术服务机构工作饱和量平均约为50%。结论职业卫生需求和供给之间的差距很大,需要进一步提高全市的技术服务能力建设来满足市场的需求。
Objective Deyang has large number of factories and mines which reguire occupational health services, and occupational health service capacity is directly related to the ability to meet the demand. In order to understand differences between the supply and demand, the survey was conducted. Methods Unified questiormaire was used to make an investigatie the enterprises and occupational health service institution in Deyang. Results After investigation, the detection coverage of occupational health unit was 3.8%, the detection rate of occupational risk factors was 11.7%, the coverage of occupational health medical units was 6. 4%, the occupational physical examination rate was 14. 4%, the conduction rate of occupational hazards evaluation of construction projects was 2. 1%. By contrast, the amounts of occupational health service unit was 50% averagely far its capacity. Conclusion This great gap between the demand and the supply in this field need to be mininized by improve the occupational health service capacity in deyang.
