摘要
为适应双小车岸边集装箱起重机转载平台面板设计的要求,以极限状态为设计准则,将塑性理论应用于双小车岸边集装箱起重机转载平台面板的设计,并结合实际情况以及设计规范,提出合理的塑性设计方法.对于冲击动力学问题,依据能量法进行理论推导,并通过锁销跌落试验进行验证.在ANSYS/LS-DYNA环境中,仿真模拟结果表明试验的正确性.
In order to meet the needs of the design of transit platform's panel in double trolley quayside container crane, taking the limit intensity as a starting point, applying the plasticity theory into the design of transit platform' s panel in double trolley quayside container crane, a reasonable plasticity design is set up considering the practical situation and the standards. As to the impact dynamics issue, a theoretical derivation based on the energy law is completed and verified by the falling experiments of the lockpins. The system is simulated in ANSYS/LS-DYNA condition. The result shows that the method is correct.
