摘要
针对某600MW机组凝结水精处理混床出力不足的问题,对树脂捕捉器和混床排水水帽通流面积、阻力系数进行理论计算和讨论,找出了原因所在,提出了详细的技术改进措施。通过流量试验对改造后的运行效果进行了评估和鉴定。
In view of the problems of low output in condenser polishers in 600 MW unit, the flow area and drag coefficient of resintrappers are calculated and discussed in theory, main cause is determined, then the detailed treatment methods are proposed. An assessment and evaluation is conducted for the operation effects after the retrofit by the flow test.
