摘要
针对目前变更控制中存在的孤立性、滞后性等问题,提出了工期与投资集成造价管理的动态变更控制理念,以挣值管理方法为研究内容,分析工期与投资集成造价管理的变更控制的内涵.通过对工期与投资集成造价管理的变更控制计划的建立、优化和实施步骤的研究,探索一种比较完善的集成管理方法,并在它们之间寻求协调平衡,以追求项目经济效益的最终实现.
The dynamical control concept of the cost management of integrated investment and time limit for a project is proposed and analyzed according to the problems such as isolating, lagging behind etc. existing in the modiffication control at present. A more completely integrated management method is explored through the study of setting--up, optimization and implementation steps of the modification control technology in the cost management of integrated investment and time limit plan in order to pursue the realization of the economic benefits.
