重组人促红细胞生成素防治早产儿贫血的研究 被引量:1

摘要 早产儿贫血原因很多。促红细胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)产生不足是其主要原因。同时,随着早产儿生长,血容量的扩增,红细胞相对生成减少;造血物质储备不足,喂养欠佳均易导致贫血的发生。早产儿贫血还与胎龄小、出生体重低、采血量大、住院时间长、病情重、母亲患先兆子痫多种因素有关,而采血量是早产儿贫血发生的危险因素,
