几种肥料在秋茄胚轴生长发育过程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]为秋茄胚轴容器苗筛选最佳肥料。[方法]分别对相同自然条件下的秋茄胚轴容器苗施加酵素肥、复合肥和草木灰3种不同的肥料,以不施肥料的滩涂泥处理为对照,研究不同处理对秋茄胚轴苗生长发育的影响。[结果]草木灰对秋茄幼苗重量、全株长和根的生长具有一定的促进作用;酵素肥前期对秋茄幼苗重量、全株长具有抑制作用,后期这种作用基本消失;复合肥对秋茄幼苗的生长发育具有抑制作用;除草木灰外,施肥组幼苗各生长指标与对照组无显著差异。[结论]草木灰对秋茄幼苗的生长发育具有促进作用。 [ Objective ] The study was to select the optimum fertilizer for container seedlings of Kandelia candel. [ Method ] The ferment fertilizer, compound fertilizer and plant ash was applied for container seedlings of Kandelia candel under the same natural condition, with the treatment of beach mud without fertilizer as CK, the effects of different treatments on growth and development of hypocotyl seedlings of K. candel were studied. [ Result ] Plant ash had promotion on weight, total plant length and root growth of K. cande seedlings. Ferment fertilizer had inhibition on weight and total plant length of K. cande seedlings in earlier stage, but this inhibition almost disappeared in later stage. Compound fertilizer had inhibition on growth and development of K. cantle seedlings. Except plant ash, the growth indexes of K. cande seedlings in fertilization group had no significant differences with those of K. cande seedlings in CK group. [ Conclusion] Plant ash had promotion on growth and development of K. cande seedling.
