摘要
2009年4月18~21日,辽宁省迎来了久旱后的第1场降水过程,辽宁省政府、省气象局抓住了有利时机,组织开展了全省大规模飞机、火箭联合增雨作业,取得了很好的增雨效果。分析了此次增雨过程的作业条件、作业实施情况,为有效开展增雨作业提供参考。
The first soaking rain process happened in Liaoning province from 18th to 21th,April, 2009. The Liaoning provincial government and the provincial meteorological bureau seized the favorable opportunity and carried out a large-scale aircraft, rocket joint artificial rainfall operations over the province, which achieved a very good effect. The operating conditions and the implementation of operations were analyzed in order to provide a reference for organizing artificial weather modification effectively.
