摘要
远程教育发展是随着媒体技术的发展而发展的,我国远程教育发展共经历了三个阶段、两次变革。从函授到广播电视教育,教学活动趋向直观形象,但学生接受的信息是被动的,选择度不高;从广播电视教育到网络教育,学习的选择性程度加深,交互加强,但由于带宽以及并发数据的限制,网络远程教育传播的主要素材是文本和图象,视频分量很轻,没能实现真正意义上的教学内容多媒化。数字电视在现代远程教育中的应用,充分发挥传统电视与互联网络的优势,解决了既要给学生"面对面"的感染力又要给学生平等的双向交互这一难题,为现代远程教育迎来了新的发展机遇。
The development of Distance Education is along with the development of media technology. The development of distance education in China has gone through three phases, two changes. From the correspondence to the radio and television education, the teaching activities is becoming a visual image, but the information which the students received is passive and the selectivity is not high. From radio and television education to online education, the level of selectivity in leaming is deeper and .the interactive is reinforcing. However, because of the limitation in bandwidth and concurrency data, the network distance education didn't realize the multimedia of teaching content in the true sense. The main materials of its transmission are text and images and the Video's weight is very light. Digital TV- in the application of the modem distance education fully showed the advantages of traditional TV and the interact, which solved the problem. It not only gives the students the appeal of "face to face" but also the two-way interaction of equality. This situation supplies a new development opporttmity for modem distance educaiotn.
