摘要
评议会的缘起有其历史必然性。评议会作为大学共同体内的学术最高权威,遵循权力制衡的规则和方式,体现了大学权力结构秩序的需要,也正是在这个过程中,评议会才得以获得合法性支撑。社会层面上的权威认同迁移恰也从观念层面反映了评议会缘起的历史进程,体现了评议会缘起的合法性逻辑。因此,评议会的缘起不仅是一个具有必然性的历史进程,也是一种合法性逻辑的推演,更是一种社会认同变迁的结果。
The germination and evolvement of Senate in HEI has experienced a long-term process with historic inevitability. Combined with inner source of the Senate s legitimacy, the regulation and goyernance of Senate on power structure in HEI provide a legitimate explanation for its own authoritative. The variance of social identification also embodies the legitimate logic of Senate, reflecting the historical process of senate, so as to constitute the legitimate proclamation of the power in HEI. In conclusion, the origin of senate is not only a sort of historical process, but also the legitimate logical deduction as well as the result of social transition.
