摘要
[目的]探讨内镜下治疗食省平滑肌瘤的可行性。[方法]应用内镜直视下单纯套扎方法后高频电换电切技术对12例食管平滑肌瘤患者进行切瘤治疗。[结果]12例中10例完整切除（83．33％）。2例失败。术后1例并发出血，无穿孔发生。[结论]内镜下治疗平滑肌瘤安全可行，适应证以直径小于2cm的粘膜层平滑肌瘤为宜。
[Purpose]To explored the feasibility of treating esophageal leiomyoma by endoscopic technique [Method Tweleve patients withesophageal leinmyoma were treated by endoscopic electroleiomyomectomy [Eesults] There was 83.33%(10/12)of patients with tumor resected intactly Two cases failed because of the leiomyomas more than 2cm in diameter No perforation or arrhythmia happened except one patient with gastric bleed－ing during the operation [Conclusion] Esophageal leiomyoma which is less than 2cn in size can be treated by endoscopic resection.
