摘要
目的:探讨护理科会在护理团队建设和护理质量改进中的应用和效果。方法:按照科室情况制定相关护理培训和核心能力培养理论,结合临床的实际需求,考虑不同年资护理人员的具体情况,定期开展护理科会,落实计划,培训到位。结果:通过开展护理科会,不仅提高了护理人员的综合素质,而且增强了团队建设,最终改进了护理质量。结论:重视和成功开展护理科会,有利于护理单元的团队建设,有利于护理质量的持续改进。
Objective ：To discuss the application and effectiveness of nursing council of department in the team - building of nursing unit and improvement of nursing＇ s quality. Methods ：According to nursing training rule and core competence theory that was designed by department, in consideration of clinical requirement, conditions of nurses with different working experiences, nursing council was regularly carried out and applied. Results ：After the meeting, not only the comprehensive ability of the nurse was significantly enhanced, but also core - competence of nursing team - building was gradually increased, and at last nursing quality was improved. Conclusion ： Taking account of department＇ s nursing council successfully carried out, will be beneficial to team - building of nursing unit, and continuous improvement of nursing quality.
