摘要
利用数量统计分析对我国中部湖南、湖北两省11个野生大豆种群的9个生育期、形态性状特征进行了研究,结果表明:除成熟期、分枝数、叶宽、中部茎粗和荚大小外,其余性状在种群间均表现出显著差异;以9个性状为依据的聚类分析将所研究的11个种群分为3类;主成分分析结果显示湖北和湖南两省野生大豆的表型主要差异表现在开花期、叶长、叶宽、叶长与叶宽比和基部茎粗等5个性状上。
Using the method of quantitative statistics,the population phenotypic diversity of wild soybean from Hunan and Hubei province was studied.The results showed that inter-population variation occurred remarkably in most growth and morphological characters except for maturation period,number of first branches,leaf width,middle stem width and pod size.Based on nine growth and morphological characters,cluster analysis showed that eleven populations of wild soybean could be divided into three clusters. Principal component analysis revealed that five characters including anthesis, leaf length, leaf width, ratio of leaf length to leaf width and basal stem width were the main factors for the phenotypic differences between Hunan and Hubei provincial wild soybean populations.
