摘要
目的探讨CT对肾上腺淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析4例经病理证实的肾上腺淋巴瘤,皆为B细胞型非霍奇金淋巴瘤。分析其病变特征、浸润范围、软组织肿块的范围等。结果4例肾上腺淋巴瘤7个病灶,其中双侧3例,单侧1例。肿瘤直径3-10 cm。CT平扫肿瘤密度均匀或不均匀,增强扫描动脉期轻度强化,门脉期中度强化。结论肾上腺淋巴瘤具有一定的影像学特点,术前CT扫描有利于确诊。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of CT for adrenal lymphoma. Methods 4 cases（including the tumor characteristics and extent, intensity and contrast-enhanced pattern） with adrenal non-Hodgkin＇ s B-cell lymphoma confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analysed. Results 4 cases have 7 lesions,3 bilateral lesions,1 unilateral lesion. The diameter of lesion was 3-10 cm. The density of tumors were homogeneous or inhomogeneous on plain CT scan, slight enhancement on arterial phase and middle enhancement on portal vein phase. Conclusion The adrenal lymphoma is of certain imaging characteristics,preoperative CT scans is of important value in the final diagnosis of adrenal lymphoma.
