摘要
参照国内外相关节能标准及评价技术,结合天津市地区实际情况,构建了天津市住宅建筑节能评价体系.该评价体系从住宅建筑节能效果和节能措施两个维度,系统考虑并选取指标,采用专家调查法确定指标权重系数,采用5级评分制确定各个指标分值,计算评价结果并以二维图进行表示.结果表明,该方法可简化评价指标具体情况的获取及量化过程,提高了整个评价体系的可操作性.
Referring to the domestic and foreign related standards and evaluating technologies, and considering the situation in Tianjin, the comprehensive evaluation system of dwelling house energy efficiency in Tianjin is constructed. In this system the indicators are selected from two dimensions： energy-conservation effect and ener- gy consumption plus energy-conservation measures, the weighting factors are determined by expert-investi- gation method, the indicators are quantified by five-scoring system, and the conclution is chalked up by the two-dimentional figure. This method is relatively simple to establish the specific circumstances and quantify the indicators, so that the evaluation system is exercisable and highly practical.
