摘要
目的:探讨蜂毒治疗类风湿性关节炎的作用机理。方法:采用Ⅱ型胶原诱导大鼠关节炎模型,造模成功后随机分为甲氨蝶呤组、蜂毒治疗组、生理盐水对照组,每组均为15只,观察治疗前后大鼠的关节肿胀指数、外周血IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2的变化。结果:蜂毒治疗组和生理盐水组大鼠关节肿胀指数、外周血IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),甲氨蝶呤组和生理盐水组大鼠关节肿胀指数、外周血TNF-α、PGE2差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量蜂毒对胶原诱导大鼠关节炎IL-1β、TNF-α、PGE2无明显影响。
Objective : To explore the mechanism of bee venom m the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods : Type Ⅱ collagen -induced arthritis model were randomly divided into methotrexate group, bee venom group, saline control group, 15 rats in each group. The changes of joint swelling index, blood IL - 1β, TNF - α, PGE2 were observed before and after treatment. Results: There was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) in the changes of joint swelling index, peripheral blood IL - 1β, TNF - α, PGE2 of bee venom group and saline control group. There was significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) in the changes of joint swelling index, peripheral blood IL - 1β, TNF - α, PGE2 of methotrexate group, saline control group. Conclusion : Small dose of bee venom have no significant effect on IL -1β, TNF - α, PGE2 in rats with collagen - induced arthritis.
