摘要
以玉米为试材,研究模拟酸雨对玉米幼苗根际土壤若干肥力因素、氮素生理类群细菌和土壤酶活性(蔗糖酶和脲酶)的影响.结果表明,随着模拟酸雨强度的增强,全氮、全磷、全钾和速效磷的含量呈先增加后降低的趋势;而碱解氮和速效钾的含量则随着pH值的降低而降低.模拟酸雨能抑制氮素生理类群细菌的生长和繁殖;随着酸度的增加,蔗糖酶活性呈降低的趋势,而脲酶活性则先增加后降低.
Take the corn as the experimental material, studied the effect of simulated acid rain on the soil fertility factors, physiological groups of nitrogen, and soil enzyme activity (sucrase and urease) in rhizosphered soil of corn seedlings. The results showed that with the intensity of simulated acid rain increased, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium and available phosphorus content increased and then showed a decreasing trend, the available nitrogen and available potassium was reduced as the pH value decresed . Under simulated acid rain stress the growth and reproduction of the physiological groups of nitrogen can be inhibittde, with the increased in acdity and sucrase activity had shown a decreasing trend ,while the urease activity was increased and then reduesed.
