绿僵菌的研究现状及进展 被引量:7

摘要 介绍了近年来国内外在绿僵菌的分类、分离与鉴定方法、生物学特性和应用等方面的研究进展,指出绿僵菌在分子系统学研究、基因遗传育种、剂型的改进和扩大防治对象上已取得较大的进展,但与Bt等杀虫微生物的研究相比还有较大差距。提出应加强对高毒力绿僵菌菌株的筛选;在防治害虫时尽量减少湿度、紫外线以及土壤微生物和土壤物理、化学性质等对绿僵菌防效的影响,以提高绿僵菌对靶标害虫的防治效果。 The present study summarizes the researches on classification,separation and identification method,biological characteristics and applications of Metarhizium spp.,at China and abroad during recent years.Recently,the molecular systemic research,genic inheritance breeding,improving dosage formulation and enlarging control objects in Metarhizium spp.made a great progress,but there is still a large gap compared to that of insecticidal microorganism such as Bt.Therefore,the screening of highly toxic strain of Metarhizium spp.should be explored,and the influence of humidity,ultra-violet radiations,soil microorganism,and soil physical and chemical characteristics affecting Metarhizium spp.should be studied to enhance the controlling effects of Metarhizium spp.on target insect pests.
