摘要
为了应对突发疫情、实现"从农场到餐桌"的质量安全管理,世界各国纷纷建立和完善农产品安全追溯体系。农产品安全追溯主要涉及农产品的标识、编码和信息管理,其中信息安全与信息交换是需要突破的主要瓶颈。针对我国农产品安全追溯发展现状和问题,提出了制定和完善标准体系、在农产品出口行业开展应用示范以及与物联网应用融合等对策建议。
In order to deal with unexpected outbreaks and achieve quality and safety management ＂from farm to table＂, many countries around the world establish and improve the tracing back system of agricultural products safety in succession. Tracing back of agricultural products safety mainly relates to labeling, coding and information management of agricultural products, among which information security and information exchanging are major bottlenecks to overcome. According to the development status and problems of tracing back of safe agricultural products in China, three measures were proposed, including establishing and improving standard system, carrying out application demonstration in agricultural export industry and integrating application of Internet of Things.
