摘要
分析了目前计算机专业人才培养所面临的困难,提出高校应该转变人才培养观念,使人才培养的定位由原来的研究型、学术型转变为应用型以适应市场的需求。提出了一种"多层次人才培养"的创新思路,在培养应用型人才的同时兼顾想继续深造而有志于从事研究工作的学生。
This paper analyzed current difficulties faced by professional training in computer science. Then an idea was presented that colleges and universities should make changes in personnel training. To meet the market demand, the purpose of personnel training must change from the original research, academic-type to application-type. In this paper an innovative ＇Multi-level Training ＇ ideas has been proposed, taking students who want to continue studies and interested in doing research into account while training the application-oriented talents.
