摘要
采用机理与实验数据拟合相结合的方法,建立典型300 MW机组模型,分析了制粉过程、汽水系统、过热器差压、汽轮机动态的特点。采用稳态运行工况点求取了静态参数,通过最小二乘辨识算法得到了动态参数,并与实际机组协调方式下的运行数据进行了对比验证。实验表明,该模型具有较理想的复现性,可用于控制系统的分析设计和先进算法的性能评价。
The 300 MW traits model can provide the inherent rules by advanced control strategy. In this paper, the physics law research method combined with experimental data fitting method were adopt to analysis the mill process, steam and water system, superheater pressure differential process, turbine dynamic. The model static parameters were calculated by unit stable running operating point, and the model dynamic parameters were derived by least squares method. It compared with the units under the coordination of the actual operation of the data, and experiment results showed that the model has a better reproducibility for the analysis of control system design and performance evaluation of advanced algorithms.
