青年编辑是出版编辑行业的主力军。强化编辑人才主体意识,重视编辑岗位人才选拔与培训,大力推进青年编辑人才的继续教育,提倡"专加杂"的终生学习理念,全面提升青年编辑专业素养,坚持正确的政治导向教育,坚持科学发展观,努力培育创新型人才,青年编辑就可成长为繁荣社会文化建设的中坚力量。
Young editors are the main force of publishing and editing business. They can play the role of a nucleus in the construction of prosperous socialist culture, as long as we attach importance to the jobs of singling out and cultivating talented editors by means of further education, the lifetime advocacy of specialty and miscellaneousness, the improvement of their professional accomplishments, the persistence in the education of correct political guides and the Scientific Outlook of Development, and great efforts in fostering innovating talents.
