摘要
乳化液煤层液压钻可取代煤电钻而广泛用于煤壁钻孔作业,并且由于其本身无电源,消除了因电火花而引发的事故隐患,尤其适合于高瓦斯煤矿使用。乳化液液压马达是液压钻的关键部件,为了提高液压钻的综合性能,综合分析了乳化液煤层液压钻液压马达的性能参数,各种类型马达的结构形式及存在的问题,在此基础上提出了多齿轮液压马达的结构原理,分析了该液压马达的工作原理、平均扭矩和转速。乳化液煤层液压钻使用多齿轮液压马达作为其驱动元件,可有效解决普通齿轮马达扭矩不足以及乳化液对马达机体的腐蚀问题。
Emulsion hydraulic drill instead electric drill can be widely used for the coal seam drilling operation. Due to the drill without electric power, potential accident caused by the electric spark is eliminated. The drill is specially suitable for the application in high gassy coal mines. Emulsion hydraulic motor is a key element of the drill. In order to improve performance of the drill, motor,performance parameters of the drill, structure sties and problems of existing emulsion motors were analyzed. On the basis of the analysis, structure principle of multi-gear motor was proposed and its operation principal, average torque and rotate speed were analyzed. The hydraulic drill is equipped with multi-gear motor as driving part, which can effectively solve insufficient torque of general gear motors and corrosion of emulsion to motor structure.
