摘要
以Ce(NO_3)_3·6H_2O和(CH_3COO)_2 Zn·2H_2O为原料,采用超声—沉淀法制备了纳米CeO_2,ZnO粉体,CeO_2/ZnO纳米复合粉体。研究了不同的铈锌摩尔对复合粉体紫外吸收性能的影响、通过正交实验确定了制备CeO_2/ZnO纳米复合粉体的最佳工艺条件,并采用XRD、IR、TG-DTA、UV-Vis以及激光粒度等测试手段对复合粉体进行了表征。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下制得的CeO_2/ZnO纳米复合粉体,属于原子级混合,其紫外吸收性能优于单一粉体。
Using Ce(NO3)3·6H2O and(CH3COO)2Zn·2H2O as raw materials in this paper. Nanometer CeO2,ZnO and CeO2/ZnO composite powders were prepared by the Ultrasonicprecipitation method.The effects of different Ce/Zn mole ratios on the UV absorption of nanometer CeO2/ZnO composite powders were researched.The optimal preparation conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment.Laser granularity scatter、XRD、IR、TG/DTA and UV-Vis were also used to characterize the nanometer CeO2/ZnO composite powders.The results showed that the composite powders were prepared under the optimal conditions,which were atomic-scale mixed and UV-absorbance of them is better than any single powder.
