泄洪洞内气泡运动的图像测量方法研究

摘要 针对高水头泄洪洞气泡运动难以测定的情况,设计并制造了控制精度为1 mm的高速相机实验导轨,红色发光二极管面光源照明等设备。通过比尺为1∶100的雅砻江锦屏一级水电站泄洪洞模型,在改进实验设备的前提下采用图像测量方法对泄洪洞内气泡沿程运动特性进行测量。使用高速摄像机拍摄到清晰的气泡运动图像序列,并利用图像处理方法实现了对流场中气泡的分割识别,得到气泡的面积等参数,并进一步获取反弧段流场中气泡大小的离散尺寸分布及孔隙率。 As for the difficulty in measuring the bubble motion in high-head spillway tunnels,the paper presents the design and manufacture of experimental guide track of high speed camera with 1mm accuracy,and the illumination equipment of red LED light source.Using the 1:100 scale model of the spillway tunnel of JinpingⅠ Hydropower Station on the Yalongjiang River,the behaviors of bubble motion along the spillway tunnel are measured by image measurement method.High definition image sequences of bubble motion have been taken by high speed cameras,the bubbles in flow field are dissected and recognized by image processing method,and parameters of the bubbles such as area are obtained,and so are the discrete size distribution and porosity of bubbles in the flow field of ogee section.
