人工环境影响胶原诱导性关节炎的内分泌观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨人工风寒湿与风湿热环境影响大鼠胶原诱导性关节炎(CIA)发病的机理。方法在CIA的诱导阶段,给予风寒湿或风湿热刺激,连续观察大鼠关节炎症积分。免疫后第30天取血,ELISA法检测血清胶原抗体水平,放免法检测血清雌二醇(E2)及三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)含量。结果1.风寒湿、风湿热均可显著提高雌性鼠的胶原抗体水平,但风寒湿显著降低雌性鼠关节炎症积分。2.寒湿显著升高雌性鼠血清E2及T3含量。3.雌性鼠风寒湿CIA、风湿热CIA及雄性鼠单纯CIA组关节炎症积分与E2含量呈显著负相关。 Objective:To probe the mechanism that artifical environments wind cold dampness(WCD) and wind dampness hot(WDH) affect the development of collagen induced arthritis(CIA) in rats.Methods:In the inducing period of CIA,the Wistar rats were stimulated with artificial WCD or WDH environments.Observe the arthritis scores continuously,collect bloods on the 30 th day after the injection of immunization.The serum levels of the anti collagen Ⅱ antibodies was detected with ELISA,the oestrogen(E2) and triiodothyronion(T3) was detected with radioimmune.Results:1.Both WCD and WDH increased the serum levels of anti collagen Ⅱantibodies in female rats significantly,but WCD decreased the arthritis scores significantly in female rats.2.WCD increased the serum level of E 2 and T 3 in female rats.3.In the groups of WCD CIA and WDH CIA of female rats,CIA of male rats,there were significant negative correlation between the level of E 2 and the arthritis scores.Conclusion:It maybe the important mechanism argued for the WCD decrease the arthritic scores in female rats that WCD promote the secreting of E 2.
