摘要
对高校工会维权力的概念进行了阐释,叙述了高校工会维权力的构成、功能及其内在联系,从完善机制、整合资源、突破创新、掌握本领等方面提出了提升高校工会维权力的具体措施。
The article describes the concept of the maintaining rights power of college trade union. Then the article narrates the composition, function and inherent relation on maintaining rights power of college trade union. At last, the article puts forward the specific measures on upgrading the maintaining rights power of college trade union on improving the mechanism, integration of resources, breakthrough innovation and master skills.
