摘要
通过对宅基地使用权流转必要性的分析,结合我国现实国情与地方实例对宅基地使用权的流转的相关法律和政策进行了阐述,分析了宅基地使用权的流转的必要性,提出了宅基地使用权流转的对策。
Through the analysis of the necessity of the right to use house sites and combining with China＇s actual conditions of the house sites and the local instance of the right to use the transfer of the relevant laws and policies, this article analyzed the necessity of transferring of the right to use house sites and creatively put forward the countermeasures of transferring of the right to use house sites.
