摘要
基于农民工返乡创业背景,结合在创业过程中面临的问题,从政府角色扮演的视角出发,探讨我国服务型政府的科学定位,提出政府在农民工返乡创业中的可行性扮演角色及具体的角色塑造途径。
The great influences of financial crisis strengthened the pressure of peasant laborer. A large number of peasant laborer choose to go home, formed＂a new flow of peasant laborer building businesses＂ in the vast rural areas which becomes a new growth point on the rural economic development. This article begins with the perspective of government role-playing, explores the scientific position of service-oriented government in China, finally puts the flexible role of government and specific measures in the process of peasant laborer building businesses.
