摘要
本文观察了368例暴泻患者应用速效止泻丸后的疗效，并与黄连亲的治疗作用进行比较，发现速效止泻丸止泻效果明显，总有效率分别为：湿热972％，寒湿96．3％，食滞94．3％。其发挥止泻作用的平均时间、改善症状、证候等均较黄连素有明显差异（P＜0．05），说明速效止泻丸对暴泻有很好的疗效。
The effect of Suxiao Zhixie pill in 368 patientswith acute diarrhea was observed and contrasted withthat of berberine The results showed that it had significant antidiarrheal effect. The total effective rate were97. 2% in damp-heat group, 96. 3% in cold-dampnessgroup and 94. 3% in indigestion group. The efficiencyof antidiarrhea was much better than that of berberine(P<0. 05).
