摘要 目的初步探讨乳腺癌钼靶X线征象与雌激素受体(estrogen receptor,ER)、孕激素受体(progesterone re-ceptor,PR)和人类表皮生长因子受体2(human epidermal receptor2,HER-2)表达之间的关系。资料与方法将49例乳腺癌患者钼靶X线表现特征与免疫组织化学测定的ER、PR和HER-2的表达进行对照研究。结果49例乳腺癌中,肿块边缘"毛刺征"者ER、PR阳性表达率高,病变区有钙化者HER-2阳性表达率高。肿块大小与ER、PR表达均无关。结论乳腺癌钼靶X线征象和ER、PR及HER-2的表达有密切关系,在一定程度上反映了ER、PR及HER-2的表达状态,能为乳腺癌的术前辅助内分泌治疗和预后提供有价值的信息。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the mammographic features and the expression of ER,PR and HER-2 in breast cancer. Materials and Methods The mammographic features of 49 breast cancer patients,including mass and calcification were comparatively analyzed with expression of ER and PR. Results Positve rates of ER and PR were higher in spiculated tumor,and HER-2 positive rate was higer in calcification. No correlation was found between the size of tumor and the expression of ER,PR and HER-2. Conclusion Some important mammographic features of breast cancer were closely related to the expression of ER, PR and HER-2, which can reflect the expressed state of ER, PR and HER-2 and provide more information about the preoperative adjuvant endocrine therapy and evaluation of prognosis.
