摘要
介绍了一种新型自动变速器的结构以及原理,并根据车辆变速器的设计要求和特点,建立了其优化数学模型,在满足相应设计要求的条件下,使变速器传动齿轮的质量最小。根据某车型原变速器设计参数为基础,利用MATLAB优化工具箱对其进行优化设计,并对优化结果进行校核。结果表明:在满足强度要求的条件下,使其质量减轻了13%左右。
This paper first introduces the structure and principle of a new type of automatic transmission, and then accordance with the design requirements and characterristics of automobile transmission, established its optimal mathematical model. Under the design requirements of the corresponding conditions, make sure the weight of gear transmission minimum. Based on one original transmission parameters, used MATLAB optimization toolbox to design it, and checked the optimal results. The results showed that under the strength required, its weight reduced near twenty percent.
