摘要
研究了热处理工艺对2Cr12NiMoWV钢组织和力学性能的影响规律。结果表明,该钢在1055~1070℃淬火、700~710℃回火时,可以获得良好的强韧化效果。并在此基础上确定了该钢用于制造汽轮机用高温紧固螺栓时的热处理工艺规范。
In this paper, effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of steel 2Cr12NiMoWV have been studied systematically Results show:by quenching at 1055~1070 ℃ and tempering at 700~710 ℃,quite good combination of strength and ductility can be obtained On basis of that,heat treatment process of high temperature fastening bolts for turbine made of steel 2Cr12NiMoWV have been determined
