摘要
日本在战后建立了比较完善的医疗保险体制,获得了世界的认可和好评。鉴于近年来社会环境的变化对医疗保险制度产生的深刻影响,1997年以来日本政府对医疗保险制度进行了多次改革,这些改革经验对于正处在医疗改革关键时刻的我国政府来说有很多的借鉴之处。
After World War II, Japan had set up a more maturity Medicare system which had got the recognition and the good remarks from the whole world. Since the social circumstance had changed so much for those years and obviously these changes influenced the Medicare system deeply, the government tried to reform these procedures for many times from 1997. All these efforts can give China more while Chinese Government is on the zero moment of reform on Medicare insurance System.
