乙酸络合法制取稳定化ZrO_2超细粉 被引量:2

摘要 Y2O3稳定化陶瓷在功能材料中占突出的地位,优质的陶瓷材料很大程度上取决于优质粉末的制备.作者采用乙酸作络合剂,用它与氯氧化锆和硝酸钇络合反应,生成含钇离子和锆离子的乙酸络合物溶胶,溶胶经干燥和煅烧先后得到凝胶和粉末.由凝胶的DTA和XRD,可知含钇的二氧化锆粉末生成的主要相变和化学反应过程.最后由BET,TEM,XRD等方法检测,可得化学均匀性好,粒径达20~50nm的稳定化ZrO2超细粉. Y 2O 3 stablized ZrO 2(YSZ) ceramic has an outstanding status in engineering materials.High quality ceramic depends on the preparation of high grade powder to some extent.In the article,ZrO 2 powder was prepared from acatate precursors by the reaction of metal nitates or chlorides and ammonium acetate.Through anlyszing the acetate complex by the methods of DTA and XRD,the main process of phase change and chemical reaction was known.After drying,calating,the ultrafine YSZ powders with the diameter of 20~50 nm were made by the methods of BET,TEM and XRD.
