摘要
采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定农产品中痕量铍,比较了微波消解和电热板消解两种前处理方法,选择了基体改良剂。方法在0μg/L^4.00μg/L范围内线性良好,微波消解法和电热板消解法的检出限分别为0.002 mg/kg和0.000 2 mg/kg,标样平行测定的RSD为2.4%~4.1%,农产品加标回收率为80.0%~95.0%。
The trace Beryllium in agricultural products was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorp-tion spectrometry. The two treatment methods were compared between microwave digestion and electric heating board digestion. A matrix improver was chosen. A good linearity was in range from 0μg/L to 4.00μg/L. The detection limits of microwave digestion and electro-thermal board digestion were 0.002mg/kg and 0.0002 mg/kg respectively. Parallel standard samples test results of RSD were in range from 2.4% to 4.1%. Spike recovery of agricuhural products samples ranged from 80.0% to 95.0%.
