摘要
对非开挖技术作了简单的介绍,论述了对拟采用该技术的电力管线工程规划审批应注意的关键点,用实例说明对证后施工监测的重要性。
A brief introduction of non-excavation technology is introduced. Key points of the planning approval of the electric pipeline project which adopts this technology are proposed. Its importance on post-certificated construction monitoring is declared with examples.
