摘要
本文对合成金刚石的直接加热和间接加热方式进行了对比研究,并阐述了其腔体结构特点及加热原理。实验表明:在合成柱成分、配比、尺寸相同情况下,与直接加热方式相比,间接加热方式合成金刚石粒度相对较粗,产量有所提高,合成柱四周均匀加热,温度场更加均匀,耗电量大幅下降,约为直接加热方式的三分之一,但间接加热方式有合成压力相对较高,组装较复杂等缺点。
The direct heating and indirect heating methods for diamond synthesizing were compared. Their structure characteristics of chamber and heating mechanism were described in this paper. The results indicated that, when the component, proportion and size of synthesis column are the same, compared to the direct heating, indirect heating method showed such better results as, more homogeneous temperature field around the synthesizing column, greatly decreased power consumption (decreased by 1/3 ), bigger particle size and higher output of diamond, and stable product quality. However, this heating method has shortcomings such as relatively higher synthesizing pressure and complicated assembly.
