摘要
目的评价无痛胃镜下机械碎石与中药联用在治疗胃柿石中的临床价值。方法无痛胃镜下机械碎石与中药联用治疗胃柿石症30例。结果30例胃柿石患者90％腹痛症状缓解、85％腹胀症状缓解，1周后复查电子胃镜，胃内无柿石残留。30例胃柿石获得一次性治愈。结论无痛胃镜下机械碎石联合中药治疗胃柿石安全有效，操作简便，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of endoscopic incise combinated Chinese medicine in gastrolith. Methods 30 gastroliths were therapied by endoscopic incise and combinated Chinese medicine. Results The symptom of abdominalgia and physonia were cured. 7days later, no gastrolith were seen by counterchecked endoscopy 30 cases all healed one off. Conclusion Therapy of endoscopic incise combinated Chinese medicine in gastroliths is safe and effective , for low count and heasiest and worth generalizing and utilizing clinically.
