摘要
目的:优选散结明目片的醇提工艺。方法:以芍药苷含量和干膏得率为考察指标,采用L9(34)正交设计试验,对提取时间、提取次数、乙醇浓度、乙醇倍量等因素进行考察,以确定最优提取工艺。结果:最优工艺为用10倍量80%乙醇,回流提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选得到的散结明目片醇提工艺简易、稳定,可作为散结明目片的提取工艺使用。
Objective： To optimize the extraction process by ethanol on san jie ruing mu tablet. Methods： The extraction processes with the content of peoniflorin and extraction rate 05 extractum as the index. The optimum extraction condition eonsisted of extraction time, the concentration of ethanol, the ethanol times were investigated by orthogonal test design, in order to find the best condition. Results： The best condition of extraction process was 10 times the volume of 80% ethanol, extracted 3 times, 1 hour for each time. Conclusion： The optimized process for extracting is feasible and stable for extraction of peoniflorin.
